Welcome to the inaugural issue of Two Hawks Quarterly.

We have put together what we hope is a provocative, stimulating, irreverent and boundary-pushing literary journal including the best new poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction and experimental/genre-confused work we can get our dirty little fingers on.

We are looking forward to a bright future with Two Hawks Quarterly. We hope to exploit any and all available technology, including audio, video, smell-o-vision – anything that can enrich the aesthetic experience you have while visiting our journal. But ultimately, most importantly, we want to publish great literature. Because we like it.

Like virtually every other editorial staff of every other journal, we are writers. So we thought it appropriate that in this premiere issue of Two Hawks, we introduce ourselves to you with examples of our work. We invite you to get to know us – what we like, what we do.
